What Sets Logo Depot Apart From the Rest of the Herd?

If you’re in need of quality embroidery, screen printing, signage, promotional products, or design, you have options. In fact, you may very well be overwhelmed by the options online today. With hundreds of custom apparel companies offering their screen printing services, it can be hard to know who to give your business to. Understanding what a full-service screen printer can offer you can not only save you a lot of headaches but can save you time and money, too.

Here at Logo Depot, we’ve been in business since 1938 — and, over the years, we’ve been asked more than a few times: “so…what sets Logo Depot apart from the rest of the herd?” After our customers work with us, they understand why Logo Depot has been in business for as long as we have and why we’re known throughout Kansas, and to our national clients, as a go-to provider for embroidery, screen printing, and graphics.

If you’re not one of our valued customers yet, but you’re considering us, we’re happy you’re here and we’re happy to share a little bit of the secret recipe that’s kept our business going strong decade after decade.

When Logo Depot was first founded in 1938 (back then we were called Industrial Uniform Company), our business was built on quality by giving our customers quality products with a high level of customer service. We first specialized in manufactured uniforms in the early days, with numerous large-scale and national contracts within many different industries. As time marched on, consumer needs changed, Casual Friday became increasingly popular — and we began to add corporate contracts to the mix thanks to our status as the largest embroiderer in the area. In the 1980s, we added “Logo Depot” to our name.

Although Logo Depot has come a long way from our beginnings in the Great Depression, one thing has stayed consistent: we continue to put quality products, and quality customer service, above all else. Quality is the cornerstone of each item we embroider, each shirt we print, each design we finalize, and each phone call or email we answer.

When you need embroidery or screen printing, there’s a lot that goes into getting your products made (and made right). Because of all the steps along the way, many ‘printing’, ‘promotional’, or ‘apparel’ companies don’t actually print or embroider — they act as middlemen.

What does that mean, exactly?

In our industry, middlemen will source shirts or materials from one vendor, have them printed through another vendor and then ship them through yet another vendor…or, in other words, the steps along the way don’t happen under the umbrella of quality that a company such as ours gives our customers.

As a customer using a middleman, you could very well end up paying more for the sum of materials, printing, and shipping and end up with an inferior product.

At Logo Depot, We Put Quality Above All Else

From the moment we provide you a quote to the moment we deliver your order where it needs to go, we ensure things are done right each step of the way for your promotional or custom apparel work. Our customers love that when they work with us, they can free up time to focus on more important projects.

When you work with a full-service, in-house team such as ours here at Logo Depot, you can ensure there is incredible quality control at every single step along the way. You will have one point of contact (not three or four different vendors to track down) and we work to make sure we understand your needs and expectations, we carefully balance costs, we carefully supervise design/production, and we ensure we adhere to your deadlines.

At Logo Depot, We Aren’t Afraid of Rush Orders

We’ve seen this more times than we can count: calls in the middle of the week for a 200 custom shirt order for a big event on Saturday. Businesses that don’t offer full-service and on-site printing and embroidering can’t meet such a tight deadline: Logo Depot can.

Why?

We have our production down to a science, and we have all of the equipment, supplies, and staff to get the job done…fast.

At Logo Depot, We Help You Save Money

Want to save your company money on your promotional items? Work with Logo Depot. Avoid paying markups for middlemen and the costs of having materials bought one place and printed or embroidered at another and so on. When you work with us, you’re working with a business that is in full control of our production cycle, our materials, our staff, and our timelines — and all of this efficiency means savings for you and your organization.

We Provide Customer Service You Can Rely On

Customer service counts…especially when you need to make sure that embroidery order or custom apparel or promotional item order hits it out of the ballpark (and gets done on-time and on-budget). Our customer service team supervises every part of your order and ensures success.

We get to know our customers — and our customers know they can trust us for the results they need. If you’re local to Wichita, for example, we can give you a tour of our facility if you schedule an appointment and you can see how your custom apparel is printed or embroidered.  You can even touch and feel our products.

Have a question? It’s easy to get an answer. As a full-service printer, we can answer every question you have from how your logo will look on fabric, to the types of thread and the types of ink we use.

At Logo Depot, We Serve Companies & Organizations of All Sizes

Whether you need 20 shirts or 20,000 — we are here to serve you. We have been serving businesses and organizations in the Wichita area and across the nation since 1938. While middlemen may have minimums or caps, we don’t.

Bottom line? If you need great results for your investment in custom apparel and merchandise (including embroidery and screen printing), Logo Depot has been helping customers like you since 1938. Contact us today to get the conversation started.
